Starting from the head and working down to the toes, Katja’s yoga-inspired routine will move you through some very familiar positions, but at a faster pace, designed to help prepare your body for your climbing session.

Summary:

  • Warm up slowly and progressively.
  • Start with gentle stretches then progress to moves that engage the core.
  • All climbers SHOULD warm up before any session to perform at their very best. 
  • Listen to your body and use the time spent warming up to focus on climbing so that you are physically and mentally engaged.
